Dear Deirdre,

We're back in Germany, all of us safe and well. I didn't have the time to say goodbye and thank you to you as you deserve it, so let me do it now. My staff were very happy on your farm and they all said it was a great day. I hope to see you again next time we go to Dublin - I don't know when that will be, maybe next year, maybe in two years; if any of my colleagues go there with a group I will certainly recommend them to include the Irish experience in their programme.

So once again thank you, your husband, the family, the dogs, sheep and cows for an unforgettable day. Say hello to all of them!
