Good morning team Causey,

I just wanted to pen a note to thank you all for a fantastic experience last night with my family.  Of all of the Christmas events we have gone to over the past 6 years – yours is by far the best.

From the moment we arrived till we left, your team smiled and ensured our family had a great experience.  No doubt you have long days and trying at times, but you were as fresh as Daisy’s throughout our time there.

As for Santa – my 6 year old daughter mentioned this morning, that she thinks he is the real one, not a helper as his beard was real! – well done, in my 40 years, it was great to finally see the man himself coming down the chimney, I’ve never managed that before 🙂

The whole experience is in the detail, and you guys got it in spades!  Even in the cafe afterwards, the quality of cakes and treats, the secure cups and lids for hot chocolate for the kids – well done!

In an economic climate we all witness rip off Ireland – you guys were fair and gave great value & quality for what we paid!

Don’t ever loose what you have built up and we are already looking forward to next year!
