My family visited Causey Farm last Wednesday evening. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. My husband, myself and three children left on a high.

Prior to our visit I had phoned to ask if “Santa” could help us with a big problem. I spoke to Deirdre who was very pleasant and helpful. Our son Ryan had wrote to Santa asking for a Nutri Bullet and it got delivered to our home (unpackaged) a few days previous to our visit. Unfortunately Ryan was with me when it was delivered and this really confused and angered him. Ryan is autistic and this was a massive shock for him. He had decided if there wasn’t a Santa he was going to inform his younger brother (9). I convinced him to hold off telling him until we met Santa in Causey Farm and see what he had to say. I was hoping for a miracle and Santa delivered!

Santa was absolutely amazing. The two boys came out totally believing in Santa. They were convinced he was the ‘real deal’. I can’t thank him enough. He was brilliant with the children and not just my sons. I can honestly say he was the nicest Santa we ever visited.

From the minute we walked in the door at Causey Farm the staff was lovely, from the girl we met first on Reception (Della I think) to the canteen staff before we left and everyone in between. I also have to mention Sparkles the elf was amazing.

This was our first trip to Causey Farm but it will not be our last. I have highly recommended Causey Farm to all my friends and family and they are looking forward to visiting next year.

I have no doubt that visiting that wonderful Santa has saved us from having a very stressful and upsetting Christmas and I cannot thank him enough.
