The most amazing experience ever. Was there yesterday for my daughter Babs Luke’s hen and with the beautiful Catherine looking after us we baked brown bread , danced a Siege of Ennis , learned how to play the Bodhrán , petted pigs and pups , painted on the art wall , had a jaunt in a tractor and trailer whilst sitting on bales of hay ( straw ? )and the hardier young people had such craic jumping into and sinking in the soft bog . Back to the farm for tea/coffee and lovely fresh baked scones with jam. The bride to be was given a present and a surprise and we all received our freshly baked brown bread and after bidding farewell to our hostess Catherine we left on the coach ,
