Causey Farm Soup Recipe


1 tsp of butter

3 onions

2 leeks

5 carrots

5 celery sticks

7 potatoes

1 tblsp boullion (veg stock base)


A drop of milk (or cream if you prefer)


  1. Melt butter.
  2. Chop onions and leeks and simmer in melted butter in pot with lid on top for 20 minutes.
  3. Then add rest of vegetables and bullion on and a small amount of water and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Add water, whizz with food processor and ENJOY!!
