- 1 tsp of butter
- 3 onions
- 2 leeks
- 5 carrots
- 5 celery sticks
- 7 potatoes
- 1 tblsp boullion (veg stock base)
- A drop of milk (or cream if you prefer)
- Melt butter.
- Chop onions and leeks and simmer in melted butter in pot with lid on top for 20 minutes.
- Then add rest of vegetables and bullion on and a small amount of water and cook for 30 minutes.
- Add water, whizz with food processor and ENJOY!!
