Causey Farm is a group entertainment venue not open generally open to the public with the exception of our family days. and our Christmas, Halloween and Easter Experiences.
What are your opening hours?
Groups
Causey Farm is a group activity venue most of the time. We open for pre-booked groups from Monday to Saturday between February and November with the exception of the last two weeks in October when we are busy scaring people at Halloween!
Individuals and Families
Our Farm and Food Experience (LINK) runs at 11am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in July and August.
Our Halloween and Christmas events are open to families.

What is Farmaphobia?
This is our big Halloween event for adults and teenagers which runs throughout October each year.

Do adults have to pay for Pooka Spooka & Christmas?
Causey Christmas Experience is priced at €15 per adult, €25 for children and €10 for 12 to 23 month olds.
Do we offer a carer's rate for our seasonal events?
We do not offer any carer’s concessions, we run a Pooka Spooka event and a Causey Christmas Experience event each year specifically for our special needs friends at a reduced rate.

What is Ablefest?
Do you have a coffee shop on site?
Our coffee shop opens for our seasonal events such as Halloween & Christmas.
Is the farm wheelchair accessible?
This is a working farm but despite a few uneven areas is generally accessible for wheel chair users and we have accessible toilets on site.
Are you open on Sundays?
We only open on Sundays for our seasonal events such as Halloween & Christmas.
Do we cater for children's birthday parties?
Unfortunately, we do not cater for children’s birthday parties at the farm.
Is there car parking on site?
Yes, we have ample car and coach parking on site.
What is the minimum age for our Causey Summer Camp?
The minimum age for children attending camp is 5 years old or else have a minimum of one year completed at primary school level.
Do we organise transport from Dublin?
Bus Eireann offers a great service directly from Dublin to Kells on a daily basis.
Once you arrive in Kells, you just need to take a taxi out to the farm.
What age group is Causey Farm suitable for?
Is Clonard House part of Causey Farm?
Clonard House is our Victorian Country House in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath where we hold wonderful time-travelling events for adults and school groups (both primary and secondary).
When is the Summer Camp on?
It runs from Monday to Thursday from 10am to 3pm.
On the week of the August Bank Holiday it runs from Tuesday to Friday.
